For over a decade, I’ve lived at the edge of presence, performance, and personal transformation —
but I’ve also been exactly where you are: swirling in my own head, second-guessing every move, waiting for permission that never comes, and doing a lot of things based on “vibes” and not always grounded action.
My journey started in New York City — eight years teaching yoga in packed rooms at one of the city’s most aspirational studios. Back then, I thought the feeling I was searching for would come if I just did more: more practice, more self-help books, more journaling, more energy work, more fixing myself.
The truth is, it took one move abroad, a breakup, and a crash from all-systems-down burnout that left me homeless, heartbroken, and flat out broke to learn what no journal ever taught me:
1) CLARITY doesn’t come from more thinking. It comes from tiny, clear moves.
2) SUCCESS doesn’t come from vision boards and EFT sessions. It comes from small, consistent, aligned actions that create frameworks that hold… even when life gets messy.
Now, my work is simpler — and sharper. I design tiny rituals and practical prompts that cut the noise so overthinking dreamers (like you and me) can stop circling and start choosing to take the small, consistent steps forward with clarity, confidence and courage.
